The Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport Team moved closer to retaining the Formula One Constructors' Championship title with a double-podium finish at the Italian Grand Prix.
The Silver Arrows have now opened up an incredible 154-point lead over Ferrari in the championship in the final race of the European season. Next up, Formula One heads to Singapore and under the spotlights of the Marina Bay Circuit where they will be looking to take another stride towards winning a sixth consecutive title - equalling Ferrari's all-time record.
Valtteri Bottas came home in second place in Monza, just 0.835s behind race winner Charles Leclerc while Lewis Hamilton was third, but did manage to take a bonus point for setting the fastest lap. It was a mixed weekend for the Silver Arrows and an eventful race with Lewis going head-to-head with Leclerc with some thrilling racing.
In terms of the Drivers' championship, Lewis's lead to Valtteri is now 63 points with seven more races to go, but he is not yet thinking about a sixth world title.
Instead, he is keeping his feet firmly on the ground and says that after his weekend in Italy he has more room for improvement.
